Our story begins in Detroit in the 1980s, where our family first opened a neighborhood meat market built on hard work,
dedication, and a deep respect for quality. From the very beginning, we believed that great food starts with great ingredients—
and that belief continues to guide everything we do today.
Over the years, our passion for food grew into new ventures. In the early 2000s, we expanded into the restaurant world with
several grinder shops, bringing our signature flavors and family recipes to more people across the community. What set us apart
then—and still does now—are the details: our homemade sauces crafted from carefully selected, high-quality ingredients, and
our fresh-baked focaccia bread made with love for every sandwich.
